They've toured through Slovenia, Switzerland, Italy, the U.S.A. and were smash hits during three tours of Turkey. A veritable treasure trove of new Amsterdam klezmer and Balkan music. A small percentage of the Amsterdam Klezmer Band's current repertoire consists of traditional Balkan and klezmer traditionals. For the most part they perform original compositions by various band members, it's a growing melting-pot of infectious crossovers of klezmer, gypsy and Balkan music.
